Refund policy
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery day, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All returned items must be sent back with an RMA # (Return Material Authorization Number). To initiate a return, please email us at teslayardinfo@gmail.com for the RMA #. Do NOT ship the item directly back. Please contact us before the return.
- All products must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returns must not have been installed, damaged, or used in any way.
- All products must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- When returning items, customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking information.
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Returns may be rejected if product does not meet the above requirements
Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items
- Items on sale and gift cards are non-refundable.
- Failed installation items, damaged or lost items caused by the customers are non-refundable.
Please note that all refunds may take up to 10 business days to process once we receive the returned item.
