Refund policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery day, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

All returned items must be sent back with an RMA # (Return Material Authorization Number). To initiate a return, please email us at for the RMA #. Do NOT ship the item directly back. Please contact us before the return.

  • All products must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns must not have been installed, damaged, or used in any way.
  • All products must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • When returning items, customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking information.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Returns may be rejected if product does not meet the above requirements

Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items

  • Items on sale and gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Failed installation items, damaged or lost items caused by the customers are non-refundable.

Please note that all refunds may take up to 10 business days to process once we receive the returned item.
