Shipping policy

Shipping Cost

Free shipping is available for orders over CAD$199 in Canada (excluding the three territories: The Northwest Territories, the Yukon, and Nunavut).

Free shipping is offered for orders over USD$299 in the U.S.A., (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

For other countries, please contact us at teslayardinfo@gmail.com for a shipping quote.

Please enter your address in the checkout section once you have all the items in your shopping cart. The estimated cost will be provided by our carrier.

 

Shipping Charges/Fees

Any additional fees resulting from a "Refused" or "Return to Sender" shipment will be deducted from the total refund amount.

 

U.S.A. Orders & Return

We ship to the U.S.A., and customers in the U.S.A. are responsible for all import fees, duties, VAT, GST, TAX, handling fees, and other import costs in their respective countries. The shipping fees collected by Teslayard only cover shipping and handling.

For customers returning international orders: Customers are subject to their country's customs taxes and duties. We are not responsible for any Customs or Duty fees. Any additional fees resulting from a "Refused" or "Return to Sender" shipment will be deducted from the total refund amount.

 

Shipping Time Frame

Orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours during business days.

Expect delivery within 1-3 business days for the Greater Toronto Area.

Orders shipped in the Canada are typically delivered within 2-5 business days but can take up to 8 business days.

U.S.A orders can take up to 12 business days depending on the courier and customs clearance processes.

 

Tracking and Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Tracking detail may take up to 48 hours for updates. If you are encountering issues, please contact us at teslayardinfo@gmail.com.

 

 

Return policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery day, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

All returned items must be sent back with an RMA # (Return Material Authorization Number). To initiate a return, please email us at teslayardinfo@gmail.com for the RMA #. Do NOT ship the item directly back. Please contact us before the return.

  • All products must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns must not have been installed, damaged, or used in any way.
  • All products must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • When returning items, customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking information.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Returns may be rejected if product does not meet the above requirements

Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items

  • Items on sale and gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Failed installation items, damaged or lost items caused by the customers are non-refundable.

Please note that all refunds may take up to 10 business days to process once we receive the returned item.
